Terms of Service

Rates published on this website — $4 per linear foot for installation with customer-owned lights, $8 per linear foot for installation with company-supplied lights, and $2 per linear foot for removal — are starting rates, not final prices. The minimum installation charge is $249.

Final pricing is confirmed in a written quote based on actual measurements, materials, access and the approved scope of work. Steep roofs, tile roofs, second-story peaks, complex rooflines, specialty equipment, electrical limitations and difficult access may affect the quote, and not every property qualifies for the lowest listed rate.

Work is performed only within the scope described in your approved written quote. Additions requested after approval — extra rooflines, additional trees, wreaths, garlands or structures — are quoted and approved separately before they are installed.

Customer-provided lights must be inspected for condition, compatibility and safe operation before installation. We may decline to install lights that are damaged, not rated for outdoor use, or incompatible with safe installation. Replacement lights, extension cords, specialty mounting hardware, difficult roof access and repairs may cost extra and are quoted separately.

Installation dates are seasonal and subject to availability. Dates may be adjusted for weather, unsafe conditions, or routing, and we will notify you of any change. Removal is scheduled for the post-holiday period and is confirmed in your written agreement.

You agree to provide safe access to the areas in your scope of work, to disclose any known site hazards, and to secure pets during our visits. If a circuit, outlet or power supply is inadequate or unsafe, we may need to adjust or reschedule the work until it can be performed safely.

Maintenance terms are governed by your approved service agreement. We do not advertise unlimited repairs or warranties. Whether a service visit is covered is stated in writing before you book, and any visit outside that agreement is quoted separately.

Payment terms, deposits and due dates are set out in your written agreement. We do not collect payment through this website.

Removal removes the lights within the approved scope. Storage and packing are not automatically included unless stated in the approved estimate.

Cancellation terms are set out in your written agreement. Because installation capacity during the season is limited, cancelling close to a scheduled date may affect whether a new date can be offered.

Pricing, service descriptions and service areas shown on this website are provided for information. Service areas outside the Santa Clarita Valley are accepted subject to scheduling and travel distance. Images in our gallery are illustrative renderings of styles we install unless labelled otherwise as completed projects.
